Hello all,

We are hoping to sell our second car. The reason: because my wife
and I just don't need two cars -- we live only 3 blocks from Caltech, and
so I can ride my bike to work. Here are the specifics:

1985 Chevy Cavalier
67K original miles
Station Wagon -- Tan colored exterior.
Chrome luggage rack
Cassette and FM Stereo
Air Conditioning
Automatic Transmission
New Brakes
New (7 months old) muffler
New Tires

This car works great! It has never failed to run for me. Nothing major has ever
gone wrong with it. The only problems that we have had were minor: a new oxygen
sensor was put into it, an oil pressure sensor was replaced, and new spark plug wires
were installed. The tires are brand new ( the back tires are 1 month old,
and the front tires are 7 months old) and have 40-50K treadwear warranties.

This car was originally my grandmother's, who did not drive too much. This is why
the mileage is so low. I have used it for three years, and it has been an excellent
reliable car. I have driven it from California to Baltimore and back and had absolutely
no problems. We were hoping to get $3000 for this car, but we are willing to negotiate.

Thanks, and you may send me replies at the address penprase@ipac.caltech.edu
