RECEPTIONIST

Full time replacement - maternity leave

Necessary qualifications:
------------------------

- excellent command of French and English; both oral and written;

- working knowledge of Macintosh

- knowledge of the Internet and its applications

- energetic, enthusiastic telephone presence

Experienced at carrying out the following tasks:


- Establish first contact with clients

- Give information to clients on the variety of services offered
 (via fax, telephone or in person)
  
- Forward calls to other departments (Technical Support Customer
 Service, Administration)
  
- Occasional office tasks (printing documents, word processing,
  filing)
  
- Recording subscriber payments
