CAM is good but is not without problems. There are still busy signals
sometimes and we still get disconnected sometimes for no reason. I have
stopped complaining cause it takes up too much of my time to do so.
Overall it's less of a problem than a few months ago.

I phoned up CAM for help of connecting to CAM to get help on connecting
to CAM with WIN NT 4.0. They did not know how to. They told me that only
a few customer awsked about this so I guess it's not all that important.

They told me that if I ever found out how to connect to tell them about
it. So that's what I did. I went arroung other ISP's and found a FAQ
file on TotalNet clearly explaining hot to connect. I substituted a few
settings (DNS, phone number, ect) and I connected to CAM without
problem.

For now I will continue paying monthly. But I am curious, what is the
rebate for paying a full year in advance?
