My name is Joergen Lund. I am responsible for 1400 Win95 PC at one of
Denmarks biggest newspaper.
We using Win95 (4.00.950a)/Novell client installation from a network drive.
Now I have
upgraded my network Novell client32 installation, from version 2.20 to 2.5
(I use
this version because version 3.x havent msbatch option yet).

I make install like this: Boot from PCDOS 7.0 disc and from my own
interface (program), configurate msbatch.inf file.
After this msbatch edit, reboot computer and autostart setup with the
changed msbatch.inf as option. Win95 and Novell32 client is being unattented
installed correct. After Win95 installation, the computer is auto rebooting
and
here comes my problem. Before or in the middle (I dont know) of this reboot,
nomatter what kind of computer, I get this error:

Standard mode: Invalid DPMI return from 0053:1407

The computer stop and the cursor stay at my network drive (n:\win95)

If I at this point, pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL and reboot this way, my machine
startup correct, without any errors.
Also Novell client32 v. 2.5 works allright. It looks like the reboot itself
is failing.

I remember that when I start using this kind of installation (Novell32 v.
2.12), I also have a reboot error, but at that time, it was something about
a wrong version locwin16.dll. Could it be something like that ?

Please mail your answer direct to me.

Best regard
