The CCSD's online auction is ALMOST over - it ends Friday at 5:00 p.m
EST.
Most bidders are Ottawa-based, so there are a lot of tickets to a
variety of performances in other cities which haven't had a lot of
bidding activity. Current bids are *really* low on some of them. For
example:

2 Tosca Tickets - Vancouver Opera - current bid is $55
2 Stratford Theatre tickets: $55
2 Shaw Festival tickets: $55
2 Toronto Symphony tickets: $30
Dinner for 4 at Woodbine or Mohawk Raceway: $60
2 Theatre Calgary tickets: $40
2 Theatre Aquarius tickets: $25
2 Victoria Symphony tickets: $35

The auction has a total of 38 items, including original works of art,
autographed memorabilia, books, music, Pycoon cycling glasses, software,
Internet packages, This Hour Has 22 Minutes (his & hers package) and
getaway weekends.

Interested? Go to http://www.ccsd.ca/osauctions.shtml , fill out the
online registration form, and place your bids. All proceeds go to the
Canadian Council on Social Development (CCSD).
