Hello! The Charlottetown Accord, a wide ranging set of constitutional amendments containing sweeping changes to the Canadian constitution, is now available from the Nova Scotia Technology Network gopher service. The Consensus Report, also known as the Referendum Deal (not a referendum, of course, but really a non-binding plebiscite) is part of the Constitution Kit, which also contains a Fact Sheet and separate Highlights section. The Report, a relatively small document, hasn't been indexed; if there's a great hue and cry for an index, we'll do it. Point your gopher to: nstn.ns.ca and choose the "Other Information" menu item to get to the Constitutional Kit. For those of you without gopher clients, please help yourself to the NSTN public gopher. Telnet to nstn.ns.ca, and log in as "fred", no password. Point to the "Other Information" menu item as above. You'll need a vt100 terminal emulator to use the anonymous gopher client. Send bricks, send bouquets, to "support@nstn.ns.ca". -- Daniel MacKay daniel@nstn.ns.ca NOC Manager, NSTN Operations Centre 902-494-NSTN Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
