  A Usenet Newsgroup posting should be a short, concise piece of
information that contains all the necessary elements in order to
effectively convey a message from one party to the other with the
least amount of time and cost, and, with a minimum amount of
inconvenience to both the sender and the intended recipient or
recipients, using a hard-wired digital telecommunications device.

  With that in mind, my associates and I have been on somewhat of a
mission with the purpose of attempting to attain the goal of informing
all, or as many of the globes newsgroups users as is humanly possible
in a reasonable period of time of what we believe to be the definitive
format and ettiquette for posting news articles

  WE FROWN UPON AND DO NOT CONDONE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING;

1)  POSTERS that ramble on incessantly without any apparent rhyme or

     reason.
2)  POSTERS that use up valuable and expensive telephone time with 
     useless trivial drivel, of what they percieve to be crucial and
     relevant, for either the intended beneficiary of their vast
     knowledge or for the advancement of their own already limited
     carrers.
2)  POSTINGS containing filthy lucre, derogatory remarks, pictures
     and jokes, intending to show off their sexual prowess (or the 
     lack of it) to impress members of the opposite sex, and yes,
     sometimes even members of the same sex!
3)  POSTINGS that have been compiled under the influence 
     of alcohol or illegal substances!

  My associates and I operate in full conjunction with all
law-enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, the
Department of Communications and the Worldwide Community of Internet
Service Providers.

  We expect you to report all infractions to the proper authorities in
an all-out effort to stamp out Usenet crime and abuse.  We appreciate
your full co-operation in this matter.

  We regret to inform you that due to the nature of our business, we
cannot leave you a forwarding address, phone number, E-mail address or
other mailing particulars.  We have experienced numerous bouts of
corporate espionage, fraud, countless 100 page blank faxes and a host
