Dear Sir and Madam:

I can help everybody who need to send a letter to Russia.
I live in Moscow. You can send me letter as E-Mail. I will
print it on my laser printer and finally post it via
regular mail.

You know delivery time from the US to Moscow is up to
one month if you are using regular mail. Letter inside Russia
goes faster ( around one week ). Apart from speeding
communication by many weeks, this will also help to deter
postal thefts ( letters do disappear ).

I can also send your fax within Moscow region in the same way.

I charge $5.00 to send a letter (0 - 8 Kb.) to/from Moscow.

If you are interested in correspondence I can be reached at:

E-mail: vkrav@glas.apc.org
        Moscow, Russia

Wishing you a prosperous 1996.
You are welcome
