Picture this -- You are driving down the road, the sun is shining and the
car speakers are just cranking out the tunes.  Then, suddenly out of
nowhere, a jerk driving a car, comes up on you, and does something stupid
and dangerous.  When you honk the horn at him, you get an upraised third
finger back.   Don't get mad -- Get even.  Let the whole world know what a
jerk he is.  Jot down his licence plate number, and post it to D.U.D.s --
