There's no hard guideline to indicate what number of postings
constitute "sufficient interest", but, I will mention that you're
not showing as much interest as can.aviation.rgs or can.university.grad
did, and c.a.r. looks to be heading downhill very rapidly into oblivion,
and c.u.g is almost empty except for a flamewar that's so boring only
two people are participating about somebody having delusions that
he's emperor of the group.

I'd like to make a suggestion that you reconstitute your proposal
as "can.med", to cover all aspects of health care in Canada, including
politics, transfer payments, eligibility, EMS, etc. etc. etc.

That _should_ garner more interest.

If you adjust your RFD for that, repost, and we'll see what happens.

If can.med gets created, then you can hold your EMS stuff there.  And
split later as traffic warrants.
