      Job Title: General Manager: Central Region

      Description: We are searching for a self-motivated professional with
above average communications skills, sound judgement and prioritization
skills with the ability to both lead and manage a team of 50 plus Millwork
employees from the beginning to end of large retail store projects.

      Accountabilities: for overseeing Millwork Shop activities and assures
accurate and on-time delivery of each project. Overall responsibility for
successful project delivery including defining and managing scope,
monitoring and managing the activities and deliverables of the millwork
team, tracking and resolving issues, escalating to the next level when
appropriate and necessary, preparing and managing budgets. Also includes
identifying and managing risk, providing a central communication point for
the successful completion of all projects, and conducting/participating in
post mortem reviews. Computer skills required using the Microsoft family of
software products. Team player looking for career advancement. Duties
include strategic and hands-on management, cost control acumen, superior
scheduling skills, interpersonal competencies and outstanding service and
delivery of projects' goals from all team members and related contributors.

      Requirements: Special consideration will be given to candidates in a
similar capacity currently with a recognized Millwork company experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build and work
with teams. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and able to
juggle many projects at the same time and deliver on them all. High
tolerance to stress and good working knowledge of management methodology and
service delivery life cycle. Maintain both quantity and quality at all
cycles of the process. Must be computer literate. Must have a good
understanding of a millwork operation which works mainly in wood and
laminates


      Education Required:University graduate degree or related job
      experience.

      Experience Required:Must have at least 5 years management experience
in a Millwork manufacturing environment.
