I am an employee at a large construction corporation.  About three months ago,
two of my assistants made allegations that I had made sexual advances towards
them on two separate occasions, which I did not do.  I believe they are
accusing me of this because I am a tough, although I think fair, boss, and they
would like to see me fired.  Also, there is potential for a great deal of money
to be awarded to them.

Due to the nature of the accusation, the company will not take sides nor help
with any of the legal costs.  I am not in a financial position to hire a good
lawyer, and make too much for the state to appoint one.  Anyone, please respond
with any ideas that you may have so I can put this to rest and not mar my
record.
