Jean Chretien takes Justin Trudeau to lunch. They enter the 
restaurant and sit down at a reserved table.

Jean leans in and says "Justin, I (Jean winks twice) give you (Jean 
winks twice again) advice, and (Jean winks) 'you can take dis to da 
bank' (Jean winks again)." Justin feels something tapping him on his 
left knee. He reaches under the table and feels a fat envelope. The
fatness of the envelope is like an envelope fat with cash.

Jean says "Justin, tell doze guy in New Broomstick, dat 'de cheque 
is in da mail'! Now Justin, go to da bank, make de cheque, put de 
cheque in da mail."
