The Definition of "Rape" in Canada (North America) - Part 1

The definition of rape in Canada (North America) is as follows:

        - A lady goes to pub, gets drunk, then goes to guy's house,
the guy touches her, she refuses, she can't, performs sex.  The lady
calls for help by saying she is raped.


The definition of rape in Asia (Japan) is slightly different form:

        - A lady walks down the street, gets kidnapped, she fights but
guy is stronger so she can't go away, she is beaten and/or the guy
sticks his pen** and she can't do anything about it.


From our standard point of view, we do not understand why we have to
pay more tax / student fees to support the lady in first case.   We do
understand the latter case; however, not the first one.
