That is elective surgery.... That is the personal choice of the woman
involved. At any rate, it is the patient that pays for this cost... not the
gov't.... So why do you mention this?

I will tell you what is wrong..... not enough money is being allocated to
our health system. Do you really think that the gov't is allocating money to
breast enlargement or braces?  Something else is also wrong..... your very
stupid analysis of the situation. No wonder someone is cancelling your
posts. I only wish this person cancelled all your posts.

I doubt very much the ER time is being restricted by breast enlargement or
the placement of braces.
