I have a serious problem with McGill's administration and I need your
immediate assistance.

I am a student in the Chartered Accounting Department at McGill University.

On October 1, 1996, I started working at McGill University's Center for
International Management Studies (IMS) to reconcile funds provided by the
World Bank to the University.

However, I noticed that McGill's administration had been manipulating the
accounts and falsifying the reports. The manipulations amount in the
hundreds of thousands of dollars.

When I reported what I saw to the University's Internal Audit and to
Professor Bernard Shapiro (McGill's Principal and Vice-Chancellor), the
University expelled me from the CA program, claiming that I failed my exams.
I wrote excellent exams, but McGill rigged the marking to stop me from
reporting what I saw at IMS. Please contact Professor Shapiro at
SHAPIRO@UMS1.LAN.MCGILL.CA and ask him why the university rigged my marks.

I tried to settle the matter with the University's Ombudsperson, Mrs.
Estelle Hopmeyer and with the Legal Clinic director, Mr. Alex Pless, without
success. When I went to see Mr. Pless, the University's security hastily
dragged me outside the University. This action is a gross breach of the
University's own Charter of Students� Rights which allows me to contact Mr.
Pless.

My conflict with McGill's administration reached the University's Board of
Governors and Audit and Finance Committee, but nobody listened to me.

I lodged complaints against the chairmen of McGill's Board of Governors and
Audit and Finance Committee with Quebec's Order of Chartered Accountants,
since the chairmen of the above committees are both CAs. However, I was
given a mock hearing at the Order, and the President of the Committee on
Discipline ruled, unjustly and unfairly, in favor of McGill's chairmen. You
can understand why, can't you? You could confirm the details with Mr.
Nicholas Chagnon V.P. Publications.

The lawyers whom I contacted so far are not defending me. I suspect that the
Dean of Students Professor Rosalie Jukier is influencing these lawyers not
to defend me. Please go to the office of the Dean of Students and ask her
why is she stopping my lawyers from defending me.

To silence me, a collaborating judge ruled that I may not contact anybody at
McGill. He also ruled that I am not allowed to be on the University's
campus, although I did nothing wrong. You must contact me to see my evidence
about the funds manipulations at IMS and to reestablish justice at McGill.

The University sent me to jail although I am innocent of the harassment
charge which Dr. Lees is accusing me of. Dr. Lees sent me to Riviere des
Prairies Psychiatric Detention Center, alleging that I have been harassing
the university's staffs. This is not true, since I was only questioning the
staffs about the suspicious funds manipulations.

Now I am out of work, cannot continue my education, and the University is
suing me for criminal harassment. The court ordered that I undergo mental
evaluation. A conspiring psychiatrist alleged that I suffer from delusional
disorder of grandiose type. This is a lie that is intended to silence me.
Will you help me report my psychiatrist to the appropriate authorities?

You might want to confirm the above facts with McGill's Secretary-General,
Dr. Victoria Lees at: LEES@UMS1.LAN.MCGILL.CA, but I advise you not to,
because she will give you false answers.

Other strange events happened, and I will tell it all to you after you
contact me. I request that you communicate with the University's reporters,
student groups, the students in the CA department and your colleagues to
expose the World Bank funds conspiracy at IMS.

This could happen to you or to your friends, so you must help me put an end
to McGill's injustices. Also, I need your assistance. My family and I are in
a desperate situation because of McGill's emotional and financial pressures.
Would you help us in this respect?
