Tired of paying taxes through the nose?
Are you aware that Federal Canadian Income Tax is Illegal?
Are you aware that Alberta HAS TO collect their own taxes according to our
Constitution?

The Alberta Party is committed to Alberta collecting its own taxes, as we
are legally supposed to and to getting the Federal Government out of their
Fraudulent and Illegal Federal Income Tax Scheme. Because I know you will
ask, let me answer a couple of questions in advance....

Q.    Don't you believe in paying your fair share?
A.     Of course we do, but we do far more than that. There are very few
people in Canada that will not say they are overtaxed. But, fair taxation
does not include all taxes that Ottawa can dream up. It is not fair to be
forced to pay and illegal and 'voluntary' tax that is extorted from
Canadians by the Federal Government.

Q.    What are you going to replace federal income tax with?
A.    We are not going to replace it with anything. It is illegal. It
doesn't need
to be replaced. All taxes collected by the federal government must be put
into a federal consolidated revenue fund. The net result will simply be less
taxes going into general revenue for the federal government. According to
our Constitution, only the provincial government can collect an income tax
from you and it can only be used for provincial purposes.

Q.    What will happen to all of our Social and Health Programs?
A.    This is normally the first question asked by a politician whenever
people talk about rolling back taxes. The fact of the matter is that there
is lots of money being taxed for our social programs, it is just none of it
is ever spent on them. Politicians are too busy lining their pockets with
lucrative compensation and retirement packages to give a tweet about you.
What about the billions of deferred corporate income taxes? Crown
Corporations? Loans of millions of dollars for businesses that never get
paid back? What about doing away with all the tax incentives for businesses
that don't pay their fair share of the taxes anyway? What about doing away
with foreign aid when we have countless more homeless living on the streets
of our own country? The homeless on the streets of Calgary have tripled in
the last two years. The fact of the matter is that our Social and Health
programs in this country are broken and no amount of money is going to fix
them. They are dying of bureaucratic strangulation. Over 70% of the money
spent on social programs goes to support the bureaucracy that passes out the
money to the less fortunate in our society. In other words, the social
workers are permanently on social assistance and the people with nothing,
not even a social safety net, are the ones taking all the flack. If they
have all our money though, why are they begging in the streets?

Q.    Why doesn't the Alberta Party put as much of your money back into your
pocket as we can and ask you to be responsible for yourself? Don't you agree
that you spend it more responsibly than say, the Canada Arts Council who
recently paid $15,000. of your money for an 'Art' display of a dozen dead
rabbits? (To say nothing of the fact that a rabbit only costs $5.00 and this
despicable display of tripe should never have cost more than $60.00 at the
most.)
A.    ......and your answer is....

Canadians are great complainers and are always saying there is nothing we
can
do about these situations. The fact of the matter is that most Canadians
give up without ever even trying to do anything to make any positive change.
Do you realize that less than 40% of the population votes? This is extremely
irresponsible and we do pay a very high price for being so irresponsible. In
order to maintain our rights, we need to exercise them. Ever wonder why the
government panders to the dictates of small and vocal minority special
interest groups? They are politically active and they all vote! If all
Canadians voted, we would not be subject to the tyranny of the small number
that do vote. Help put some common sense back into government... make your
vote count and let your voice be heard!
