It has denied me a data line for over 12 months (it refuses to quote any kind of price). I have been refused by: -- the local business office -- the data service -- the ISDN service (Microlink? -- I'd have to dig for a file to check the name) and Bell has refused to give Sprint alternate access to my office. If Terry wants chapter and verse, I'll get my files out; meanwhile, he should stop misrepresenting Bell. Bell does deny service based on its assessment of the profit potential in supplying the service; and also, I believe, to control the rate of development of the market in some areas (ie., not to allow development until Bell is prepared to offer its own competitive service).
