Yesterday it was supposed to be my trial day. My trial was moved from
Courtroom 126 to "J" courtroom on the third floor of the Old City Hall with
another judge, and without giving me any explanation. I asked for an
adjournment of the trial because I found I would have some technical
difficulties in conducting cross-examining some material evidences, and also
my alleged victim Waterhouse was not present, so were the other two witnesses
of U of T: John Baird and Margo Blight. The U of T sent some one else whom I
had never met before. I did not know if it would proper for me to conduct
cross-examination on the replacement of the witnesses. Now I'll have to go
back to set up another trial date.
