-- [ From: Mark Olson * EMC.Ver #3.0 ] -- Frank et al: The site must have just come up again in the last few hours; access was prevented up until just this morning. Not having looked at it before the outage, I can't tell if anything has changed. Can anyone else comment? I just went to the sight, searched for my old residence by address, and got back the information in a blink of an eye. A similar site at the City of Victoria generated a recent ruling by the BC Freedom of Information Commissioner restricting the type of searches that could be provided, but the Calgary site complies with this ruling. It actually provides less information than would be allowed in BC. So what is the issue? -- Frank F.R. Mayhood Information Technology Manager Ph.
