Thank you for your further clarification.

I suppose I was just feeling a wee bit sensitive to the excitement that had been generated due the news of nuclear weapons testing by India/Pakistan.  Considering, that is, that the traditional nuclear powers conduct tests all the time and these are given little, if at all, attention.
