CIPS-L is closing. The University of New Brunswick, and Mike MacDonald and
Doug Swift the list sponsors, have kindly provided this service to CIPS for
the past few years. However, they are no longer able to do so, and the list
will be closed effective immediately.

A new discussion list will be opened on the cips.ca site in the next week.
Please see the next edition of News from National (March 30) for details on
how to subscribe.

The CIPS National Board and CIPS members join in thanking the University of
New Brunswick, the list's moderators Mike MacDonald, Joe Williams and Doug
Swift, and all the volunteers and members who contributed to the success of
cips-l, for providing a valued service.

Faye

CIPS-L has had a two-way bridge to this newsgroup; with the closing of CIPS-L
this bridge will be discontinued. The discussion list that will replace CIPS-L
will be open only to CIPS members and will not be bridged to this newsgroup.

CIPS thanks all those contributors who have used this newsgroup; we encourage
you to join the Society (email: info@cips.ca) and continue to participate.
