To whom it may concern,

	We are trying to gather information and support from anyone who 
may be able to help us in our battle against the Canadian Criminal 
Justice System. In brief I will give you a summary of our battle with 
the system.
	First we have a man who is serving a life sentence of 25 years 
for the murder of his girlfriend that he did not commit. This man is as 
innocent as David Milgaard , Guy Paul Morin and Donald Marshall. The man 
did not receive a fair trial. He was convicted and sentenced by evidence 
and  testimony that was fabricated and tampered with by various 
individuals within our justice system, i.e. Police, Lawyers, Crown, 
Witnesses and the Press. He has spent over four years in prison without 
an appeal. His appeal process has barely been started. We have boxes and 
boxes of documented and taped proof that would easily prove the 
innocence of this man, but over 4 years later still nobody will listen! 
	Secondly we have a man who is now waiting to go to trial on a 
charge of First Degree Murder. He is charged with murdering a man who 
mentally and physically tortured	   him and his family for four 
and a half years. He and his family lived in constant fear, not 
receiving any help at all from the authority's. Their hundreds of pleas 
were never listened to and as a result of that the two men accidently 
met one day and out fear and desperation a man is shot dead. This man is 
not denying that he committed the murder but it was not premeditated. 
All he wants is to be heard and receive a fair trial. 
	Because of their name and the corruption and coverup neither of 
these men will or have received a fair trial. All three men mention 
above are brothers. That's what ties these Miscarriages of Justices 
together.
 
We are looking for any names, e-mail addresses, mailing addresses and 
telephone numbers anyone who can offer legal, supportive or financial 
help in helping either of these two men and their family.
