Updated info on my case:

Yesterday it was supposed to be my trial day. My trial was moved from
Courtroom 126 to "J" courtroom on the third floor with another judge without
giving me any explanation. I asked for adjournment of the trial because I
found I had some technical difficulties in cross-examining some material
evidences and my alleged victim Waterhouse was not present, so were the other
two witnesses of U of T: John Baird and Margo Blight. The U of T party sent
some one else to represent them whom I had never met before. I did not know
if I should conduct cross-examination on the replacement of the prosecution's
witnesses and what it would cause to my case.

Today, Jan 5th, there is an article in the newspaper the National Post on my
story, in the Toronto section. However, it does not accurately reflect some
of the most important facts of the case on my side. For instance, it does not
cite all the facts of Waterhouse's violations of the University's grading
system and academic regulations, omitting the fact that Waterhouse bypassed
the Chair of the department for grade reviewing when submitting that
erroneous grade for me and he falsely identified himself as my supervisor in
his reference letter for me. The article only cites part of the academic
dispute between me and Waterhouse, omitting the fact that Waterhouse says
that Asians did not have the concept of beauty in history, and he called to
establish a "racial/biological approach" to art history studies.

About my criminal trial, the article does not cite the evidences from my side
that prove the "additional threats" mentioned by the police are sheer
fabrications, and my argument that by law, analogous to the "solicitor and
client confidentiality privilege",  the Commission's "confidentiality rule"
can not be breached unless if the officer witnesses the client is actually
carrying our a crime or planing a crime. But in my case the officer Strojin
clearly knew that I "does not pose a real threat to the victim", as the
police documentation recorded.
