I don't know if Florida has similar laws, but in North Carolina the fish and
game regulation pamphlets that are handed out with our licenses make it
clear that anybody who interferes with a fisherman or hunter is breaking the
law. The urge us to contact a game warden or sherriff's deputy and have the
"protesters" arrested and prosecuted. I fish in some places that are very
convenient to public roads, and I've never had any psychoceramics
(crackpots) hassle me while fishing.

It's everybody's resource, but more especially the resource of those of us
who pay fees (licenses) to use it. If there isn't any such law in Florida,
maybe somebody down there could work to have one enacted.
