cone with water problem

Hello, I need a solvation to this problem (Please e-mail):

An upside down cone with height 60 cm and radius 12 cm, is partly filled
with water. (Look at the pic)

Water is leaking out through the cone with a speed that is proportional to
the area which has contact to the water. Water is being filled from above.
If the filling speed is 100 cm3/min, the water level will sink with the
speed 0,6 cm/min when the water height in the cone is 24 cm. How much should
the filling speed be if you want the water level in the cone to be constant
at a certain level?
