Job Title:Systems Administrator-HP-UX
TECHNISOURCE has the following opportunity out of its Chicago office.

Skill Set Required:
Strong HP Unix systems administration skills
These would be helpful----HP-Service Guard High Availability
                                                   HP-OMNIBACK TAPE
MGT/BACKUP
                                                   EMC Disk Systems
5+ yrs of programming experience, 3 years in UNIX system programming
UNIX system programming using HP/UX Operating System
BS degree in computer science or related field or 5+ yrs of expereince in a
client server environment
Must be able to be responsible for system management and system programming
projects related to the enterprise computers including system configuration,
troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring, and development of
specialist programs
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generates, tunes, configures, and upgrades UNIX-based operating systems
Evaluate system performance and report to management
Support the installation, planning and implementation for HW or applications
program requirements and coordinates the cooresponding system sw changes
Provide direct suppport for and conduct system disaster recovery tests
define development tools and procedures for daily operational support
Support application aaactivities that require specialized system programming
Perform sw product evaluation, including planing, installation, testing, and
technical support for the applications programming and/or computer
operations staff
Support TQM program by following approved policies and procedures
