MathCAD 2.0 (DOS) and HP DeskJet 540 - pls help.

Hi,
   I have a copy of the Student Edition of MathCAD 2.0 for DOS, and
have just upgraded from an IBM Graphics compatible dot-matrix printer
to a HP DeskJet 540.  Unfortunately the HP is not one of the supported
printers for this version of MathCAD.  However the printer interface is
configurable via a text file MCAD.MCP - all I need is info on the format
of the entries in this file - or better still the entries for a HP DeskJet
540.
     If anyone has solved this problem, or has any useful suggestions please
let me know - preferably via E-Mail to imhogan@vx23.cc.monash.edu.au
