disquette drive access vs windows 95

When I try to read or write a disquette in drive A in Windows 95 rev B
the computer hangs up. If I try to access the drive in MS dos no
problem everything is OK.

I have seen a similar problem in Windows NT but the solution from
Microsoft does not work.

Any suggestions!
