Is it possible to add a new "sub-newsgroup" to this newsgroup?  I would
like to see new newsgroup for parents of schoolchildren, for SCC members,
for trustees and Regional Parent Advisory Councils.  Who do I need to
contact to get this addition?	
Please advise.  Thanks...
