As some of you know, some of the k12admin list members helped us in 
writing and reviewing our book for school staff, Defusing Hostile 
Situations For Educators".

We've managed to put (and keep) four chapters from the book online at 
our website.

The material (both chapters and book) are aimed not at dealing with 
in-class situations, but are focused on strategies to deal with 
angry and hostile PARENTS, members of the public, etc. So, the 
material is definitely of interest ot principals, trustees and 
teachers.
