Www.petersons.com and my Yale Insider's College Guide both have
information about Canadian schools. (1) why is this - is it really so
easy for Americans to go to Canadian schools and vice-versa? Canadian
univs are mostly-free as with the European model right? What charges
apply to non-residents? And (2), should I be looking at Canadian
schools as a good option (graduate programs in the social siences, and
probably actually sociology...)? Do American Universities respect
Canadian degrees?
If I sound like an idiot, it's because I sort of am right now. Been
out of school for a bit and I'm confused about many things. Please be
patient with me.
Any country that could produce both Neil Young and the mountain bike
must have something going for it =).

Thanks for your insight-
