Does anyone have the dvi2lj program, which turns the .dvi files produced
by TeX into Laserjet output?

If nobody has it here, could someone kindly ftp it for me? There was a
posting saying it was at science.utah.edu.

Please write before sending or fetching anything. Thanks.
