Brought to you through the Censors at Mbnet! Thanks guys..

This is a test, only a test, do not adjust you mind, do not beleive any of
 it, it's all lies....

VLT's cant possibly run on a random basis for the simple fact no one ever
wins hundreds of thousands doubling up. Case Closed.....No argument
whatsoever..if you think there is, start again.

181 million worked out over the course of the year, divided by the days in
operation, doesn't add up. now it would be easy to look the other way,
like our media does, if this money benefited more than them but it doesn't.
We pay the highest taxes excluding Newfoundland, but have what must be the
worst social safety net in the idustrialized world, almost anyway.
incidentally, in Alberta they made 500 million with the same amount of
 machines!

Most of our popular media is constantly exalting the benefits of these
VLTs, Free Press jan20/98 section A3 "Vlt's keeping rural hotel's alive", CKY
not airing the Wynants phone #, although promising they would later, which
became later, which from what I think, never happened. Giving air time to
those that think these monsters are a benefit to neighboring stores, not
realizing that they remove millions from the economic structure, never to
be seen again! Do you realize how difficult it is for The Pas and others
(the provincial government wont let us see all the info, and you can
imagine why) to make up for the 1.4 million removed yearly, in new outside
investment and capital? You would not believe what the MLC spends on
 parking lots and furniture!

Also consider the fact that the only ones who would sign a petition to
bring back VLT's would have to be addicts. Now think about it, if they
don't care either way, then why not have them removed? knowing what a
devastating impact they have on the Addicts, and economies of EVERYONE.
 (accept for a selected few)

I am all for gambling, lets have card tables in every bar, bets on sport
games, whatever, not like that bull over/under, but like the bets you would
make with a honest bookie. Also let anyone get a licence, and lets bring
some competion in to this racket.

lets bring in VLTs made here in Canada, that truly run on a random basis.
Not just that they can create a sodonym random number like every computer
can, but that the code for the program uses a random selection based on a
52, 104, 208, 416, 832 deck of cards! Interestingly if you look at the
profits of Crystal casino - 6 million compared to any of the others 30-35
million you'll begin to see my point. And please no argument on this
 point, cause ya, whatever.

In traditional gambling, cards, roulette, horse racing, ect. You know what
your odds are, and you know the game that your playing. The Vlt monster on
the other hand, might decide to pay you, and then mabe not. Or just use
you to churn up some credits so it can take the next saps moneybe nr if
it's in a good mood it will let you progressively double up, higher and
higher as long as your not chicken. Cause then that way you might walk
away a winner, but let's say mabe 20000 credits have been won an lost,
andney's now ready for a feeding frenzy.

 This is not gambling.

This is just a test..only a test..one...two...four...eight
