I own a 33.6 voice faxmodem by USR, and its model is 321171-02 (thats the
2nd revision).  According to 3com's Modem Upgrade Advisor, my modem can be
software upgraded to x2.  However, when I d/l USR's upgrade wizard, it
reports that my modem CANT be upgraded thru software.  HeLP!
