Those who were at Unix Unanimous last month remember --
I was talking about a metric to compare the quality of
a news server, from a user's perspective.
I now have a program to calculate the metric. It's number,
typically from about 50 to about 100.
I have measured some Toronto ISP's, and their metrics range
from 2 to 118. Would you like to know how yours compares?
