Job Title:Y2K Testing Team Leader/ Manager- M&D experience and Financial
background
Job Location:
TECHNISOURCE has the following opportunity out of its Willowbrook; Chicago
office.

Skill Set Required:
Degree needed.  Project lead/ Project Manager experience is needed.
Positions needs someone with past and prior testing experience in all phases
of  the Project Life Cycle with recent and significant experience in Systems
and Functional Testing.  M&D (McCormick and Dodge) experience is an absolute
must, preferably M&D system and/or acceptance testing.  Prior project
planning (MS Project 98 or similar) is required.  Will need past and/or
prior facilitation and/or training experience.  Must be organized, self
motivated, ability to work under pressure and with in time constraints, and
have top notch communication skills.  Mainframe,
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all system, functional, and performance/ stress
testing activities for the Mainframe McCormick and Dodge package upgrade/
Y2K verification.  Will be working closely with Development Manager to make
sure testing package is comprehensive and consistent.  Will review unit and
string testing deliverables to ensure previous phases of testing has been
addressed adequately.  Plan and Manage the system, functional, performance
and stress testing.  Doing Test Analysis, Coordination with supervisors,
Assist in testing and developing new approaches, deliver formal and informal
training, Motivate, and Maintain full life cycle Project Leader
responsibilities.
