Job Title:Technical Writer/ Trainer- Framemaker and SGML
Job Location:
TECHNISOURCE has the following opportunity out of its Willowbrook; Chicago
office.
Requirement Number for Reference:   CH90075

Skill Set Required:
Degree Preferred
2-5 years of Technical Writing Experience
1-3 years of teaching Technical Writing or Training others in TW
applications
Must have experience in the following:
          Framemaker 5.0
          Unix
          ISO standards
          SGML or other similar experience writing on-line help
          Telephony knowledge is highly desireable
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Function as part of a documentation team to produce on-line documentation
for a complex, fast paced telecommunications product line.  Researches,
designs, plans, and implements information delivery to meet customer needs.
Works with customers, subject matter experts, developer, feature testers,
and managers to create quality documentation by analyzing customer's needs
and working with source material and by hands-on experimentation.  Uses
Information Mapping or structured writing techniques to ensure usability of
information.  Ability to work with incomplete or changing product
specifications and prototypes is key.
