Well, could be, if helmets in cars would be made compulsory. Once I saw a 
report on road safety in which one of the NRMA road saftey scientists was 
driving his car with a helmet on. He believes that the helmet can

the wrong, you're covered...

joking, for some people that's the only form of transport...
