Does anyone understand what is going on in the Town of Guilderland under the new supervisor? Is there any relationship between what the successful candidates promised prior to the election, and what have done since taking office? How can anyone justify the New Year's Eve firing of the devoted, capable, hard-working, imaginative Town Historian Alice Begley for someone whose only historical experience (that I'm aware of) is fixing up a bunch of old grave markers near his home? Since when is Town Historian a political appointment?
