In my conversation in early October with the WXXA program director he indicated
that he was motivated by: (1) He's a B5 fan. (2) At that time he thought WSBK
was dropping B5, eliminating coverage for this area via cable. (3) He figures
most Saturday afternoon shows are VCR material anyways - folks are away from
home.

WSBK airs the latest B5 at 11:00 PM Sundays and repeats the previous week's
episode at 2:0 am the following Sunday (except when they show the same episode
- like I hear they did this week.) On Cablevision WSBK's B5 showings are
blocked "In accordance with FCC regulations."

Certainly the local ratings won't build with these time slots.
In one of those cruel ironies, I just received a postcard inviting our
household to be part of the Nielson ratings - forwarded from my old address in
Reno NV (sigh) - as JMS says "Somedays you just can't win."
