The news on channel 13 said that Records N'Such in the Stuy. Plaza wouldn't be selling cd's with parental warning labels anymore. They are responding to Guilderland police, who have warned them that selling such cd's violates state law (!) in their opinion. I called the store, and spoke to the manager who confirmed what I heard. I told the manager that 1) I normally buy a lot of cds, 2) that I frequently buy at their store, 3) I disapprove of this spineless stand, and 4) I'll have to buy my cd's elsewhere. I also let them know that the cd's I buy rarely have these stickers, but that doesn't mean I approve. What do you think? If you agree with me, I think you should call the store and tell them (actually, you should probably do that if you don't agree with me, too, but I'm not going to encourage that). -Dave -- Dave "mr question" McIntyre +-----+ "....say you're thinking about a plate mcintyre@cs.rpi.edu | ? | of shrimp.....and someone says to office : 518-276-8633 +-----+ you 'plate,' or 'shrimp'......"
