The Capital District Humane Association is an Albany area animal welfare
organization. We operate a no-kill shelter. CDHA currently has the following
dogs for adoption:

SNOWBALL is a 3 year old neutered male Husky mix (probably with German Shepherd).
He loves people and would love to join someone's "pack". He knows some tricks and commands. Snowball needs a dog-smart companion willing to provide an environment conducive to his needs: fenced area, plenty of work and exercise and lots of love

KALISS is a 14 month old neutered male Black Babrador mix. He is house trained,
very friendly, good with kids, very energetic, knows to sit and come; would like
to learn to play frisbee. He is up to date on all shots. Kaliss has a deformity
of the right front leg and missing toes on his right rear legs as a result of
being hit by a car at 2 months. He is currently at the Mohawk/Hudson Humane
Association after bing dumped after three days by his most recent owner. He has
been evaluated by an experienced dog person and found to be a good dog who just
needs to learn some house manners and some TLC. Call (518) 434-8128 for more
