My wife and I have been looking around the Niskayuna/Schenectady/North Colonie area for a house, and are curious as to opinions concerning: (1) Elementary schools (2) Town services (3) City/town viability (4) Current market information Our tastes tend to run toward urban/dense suburban neighborhoods. Also, we'd appreciate recommendations for especially good mortgage bankers and house inspectors. Thanks for your input.
