What's with Ziebart of Albany

Does anyone know if Ziebart's local franchise has changed hands?  They
were noticeably more incompetent, and ruder, today at my annual
checkup.  They sprayed muddy water through the door seals into the
car, and were reluctant to wipe it up.  The manager said that that was
normal.  The manager also refused to touch up rust spreading from one
of their holes until I asked for the name of his boss.

I would not get rustproofing on a car now, but figure it's probably
worth it to keep paying $30/year to maintain the warranty on my 7 year
old 100,000 mile Civic in case it should start rusting while Ziebart
is still in business.
