the NY Capital District area) that is unable to get it addressed,

In light of my recent troubles with Road Runner I have started to
collect information from users who may have experienced similar
mistreatment from Road Runner. Many people have started to come
forward with stories just like mine.  If you are so inclined, please
contact me and share your Road Runner experiences.  However this
shouldn't replace contacting the Attorney General's office, as they
are the first major step in getting this matter settled.
