Dear Subscribers,

With the holiday season upon us, we'd like to take this time to tell you
about some new things for 1997 that we are working on.

PRICING
=======
We are pleased to announce that we are changing our pricing. The following
price changes will be reflected in the January billing for existing
accounts. Our two primary account types are priced as follows:

	PLAN 495
	--------
	Plan 495 is $4.95 for the first 5 hours. Additional hours are now
	just $1.00 per hour.

	WebDial
	-------
	Our unlimited access account, WebDial, is now $17.95 per month
	($19.39 with tax).

	Annual Payment
	--------------
	To coincide with the change in our WebDial price. We've lowered our
	annual payment rate. The new rate is $186.00 ($200.88 with tax).
	Current annual payments will have their service period extended by
	one month.

	Semi-Annual Payment
	-------------------
	We're also introducing a discount for paying on a six month basis.
	The Semi-Annual rate is $99.00 ($106.92 with tax).

USENET NEWS
===========
In the near future we will be upgrading our News Server. Benefits will
include faster response times and greater archival of posts. We will keep
you posted if any downtime of the newserver is required during the
transistion.

WEB PAGES
=========
As we're sure you know, personal web pages up to 5mb in size are free for
subscribers. We're in the process of developing a service to allow
subscribers to create their own basic web pages online. We will make more
details available on this in the coming months.

Also coming early in 1997 will be basic cgi programs that users will be
able to incorporate in their web pages. More on this as they become
available.

We will, as always, keep you up to date on developments here at CapitalNET
in the months and years to come. For now, we wish you all the best for this
holiday season.

		Happy Holidays,

			CapitalNET Staff
