I don't know of any Linux UG's. However, there are a lot of RPI
students who use Linux. RPI's student chapter of the ACM has
a Linux SIG. The chairman of the SIG is Matt Ryan, ryanm4@rpi.edu

(FYI, RPI's ACM chapter has a web server here: http://acm.rpi.edu/)

RPI has it's own Linux newsgroups:
  rpi.os.linux
  rpi.talk.linux
