WHAT COULD YOU DO WITH A MODERN 4 BEDROOM HOUSE IF YOU WERE THE WINNER????

There are numerous alternatives, two obvious ones could be:

1: You could come and live in it. Oldmeldrum is a small, friendly, medieval
market village with a long and varied history. Robert-the-Bruce took
refuge on The Hill of Barra just outside the village, several centuries
past, after a particularly bloody battle. Oldmeldrum is situated in
Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland. It's population of approximately
1976 is well served with the usual array of service shops, 3 friendly
     pubs and its own distillery.
Only 18 miles away is Aberdeen, the Oil Capital of Europe. Aberdeen
is a medium sized city, it has one of the lowest unemployment rates in
the UK, excellent shopping, and its own international airport.

2: Alternatively you could sell it. There is an active property market
in the oil rich Aberdeenshire area and depending on the asking price
the house should sell quickly. I must point out though, of course,
that no guarantees can be given in this regard. The valuation of the
house is currently around 94,000 pounds. How quickly the property
would sell is directly proportionate to how much below this valuation
the asking price is set at.
