Warm up for gay pride by attending the 9th Annual Women's Picnic in the
Park in beautiful upstate New York. Come to the Saratoga County
Fairgrounds (near Saratoga Springs, off Interstate 87, Exit 12) to party
with 1,000 women from 11AM-dusk, rain or shine. Your $8 admission gets you
music, dancing, steamed clams, non-alcoholic beverages, and access to the
charcoal grills. This event still keeps its "small community" flavor, so
bring a salad, dessert, or side dish to share at the community table. For

If you can get tickets, Melissa Etheridge is playing that same night, a
short distance away at SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center).
